3.4.2 High grade steel as material, inner flow passage surface chromeplating treatment.

3.4.4 Inside heating, stainless steel bar type heater, heating power is 37kW.
3.4.5 Gaps between dies can be adjusted within 0.2~2mm.
3.4.6 Equipped with die head crane.
3.4.7 9 sections heating, Fuji or RKC temperature controller, solid-state relay output heating, precision±1℃.
3.5 Cloth unwinding device
It adopts double-position friction plate unwinding.
3.6 Forming and laminating device
3.6.1 Forming roll diameter is 450~480mm, effective length is 1700mm, surface treatment.
3.6.2 Decelerator motor adopts Fuji inverter, speed adjusting motor power is 1.5kW/380V, three-phase.
3.6.3 Equipped with one forming roll, which could make 3~4.5,4.5~6,6~8mm products (customer could choose one of them).
3.6.4 Laminating roll adopts steel structure, roll diameter is 160mm, effective length is 1700mm.
3.6.5 Decelerator motor adopts Fuji inverter, speed adjusting motor power is 1.1kW/380V, three-phase.
3.6.6 Motor power of vacuum air pump is 5.5kW/380V, three-phase.
3.6.7 Motor power of vortex type air pump is 3kW/380V, three-phase.
3.7 Oven
It adopts far infrared tube for oven heating.

3.11.4 Automatic fixed length cutting control system.
3.12 Water temperature controller
It is used for forming laminating device and shaping device.

5. After-sale service
5.1 The guarantee period is 1 year and service is available lifelong. The cost caused by the seller’s expert in customer’s country (including shuttle trip ticket between China and the Buyer’s, inland traffic, medical fees, lodging, dinner and so on) and the cost of the materials of the components will be covered by the buyer, but during guarantee period, the cost of the components will be covered by the seller.
5.2 Under the right operation way, the quantities screw and barrel is for 10000 working hours.
5.3 Our expert will answer any inquiry within 24-48 hours and it will be solved as soon as possible.
5.4 The customer can send the engineer to our factory with training.
5.5 The Seller supplies the complete technical support documents and the relative drawings of the electric components written in Chinese and English.
5.6 The seller can send enough technicians to the Buyer’s company for installation and testing the lines.
